Instructions
Brown:
Heat a
skillet
to
Level 8
(Medium-High). Brown
2 lbs
of organic grass-fed beef. Drain fat.
Dump:
Add to
slow cooker
with
2 cans (28oz each)
organic crushed tomatoes,
2 cans (15oz each)
organic kidney beans,
2 tbsp
chili powder and
1 tsp
cumin seasoning.
Cook:
Set to High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
Plate:
Add optional toppings (cheese, sour cream, jalapenos)
