Ingredients

  • 1 box 16oz Organic Penne
  • 1 jar 24oz Simply Nature Organic Marinara
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Organic Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  • Boil: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Boil 1 box organic penne in generously salted water on Level 10 (High) for 8 minutes (2 mins less than 'al dente').
  • The Smooth Sauce Hack: Empty 1 jar (24oz) organic marinara and 1 cup Ricotta into your baking dish.
  • Mix & Bake: Toss the undercooked pasta into the sauce. Top with 1.5 cups mozzarella.
  • Bake: Bake for 20 mins until bubbly and golden.
