Ingredients

  • 1.5 - 2 lbs Simply Nature Organic Chicken Thighs or Breasts
  • 1 bag 12-16oz Organic Frozen Green Beans
  • 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder (to taste)

Instructions

  • Prep: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment or aluminum foil.
  • Layout: Place 1.5 - 2 lbs organic chicken on one side and 1 bag (12-16oz) green beans on the other.
  • Roast: Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt/pepper/garlic, and bake for 30 mins (internal temp of chicken should reach 165°F).

Notes

Texture Note: We use frozen beans here to save time and money, but be aware they roast up soft. If your family prefers a "crunchy" green bean, trade time for texture: buy fresh organic beans and spend 5 extra minutes washing/trimming them during your Sunday Prep.
