Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (or follow the temperature on your fish sticks box).
Potatoes: Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread on one side of a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes (they need a head start!). Fish: Remove pan from oven, flip the potatoes, and place the frozen fish sticks on the empty half of the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake: Bake for another 10-15 minutes (or according to box directions) until fish sticks are crispy and potatoes are golden.
