Ingredients

  • 1 box/bag Fremont Fish Market Frozen Fish Sticks
  • 4-5 Organic Yellow Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder & Paprika

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (or follow the temperature on your fish sticks box).
  • Potatoes: Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread on one side of a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes (they need a head start!).
  • Fish: Remove pan from oven, flip the potatoes, and place the frozen fish sticks on the empty half of the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake: Bake for another 10-15 minutes (or according to box directions) until fish sticks are crispy and potatoes are golden.
