Ingredients

  • 8 slices Leftover Organic White Bread or Brioche from Thursday
  • 4-6 Simply Nature Organic Eggs
  • 1 pack Never Any! Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 4 slices Organic Cheddar Cheese or 1/2 cup shredded
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet on Level 6 (Medium) until crispy, or bake it in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes for hands-off cooking. Drain on paper towels.
  • Eggs: Drain most of the bacon grease from the skillet, leaving just a tiny bit for flavor (or use butter). Fry or scramble the eggs on Level 4 (Medium-Low) to your family's preference.
  • Toast: While eggs cook, toast the bread slices.
  • Assemble: Layer the toasted bread with the eggs, crispy bacon, and cheese. The heat from the eggs and bacon will perfectly melt the cheese!
