1.5cupsOrganic Cheddar Cheeseshredded

Instructions
Beef: Heat a large skillet on Level 7 (Medium-High). Brown the ground beef with the taco seasoning until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set beef aside. Wipe the skillet clean.
Assemble: Lay out the wraps. Spread a layer of mashed black beans on one half, add a scoop of seasoned beef, top generously with cheese, and fold over.
Crisp: Return the skillet to the stove on Level 6 (Medium) with a tiny bit of butter or oil spray.
Cook: Toast the quesadillas for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Slice into triangles.
