Ingredients

  • 1 lb Simply Nature Organic Grass-Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning or Chili Powder/Cumin mix
  • Leftover L'Oven Fresh Zero Net Carb Wraps From Week 4
  • 1 can Simply Nature Organic Black Beans rinsed and lightly mashed
  • 1.5 cups Organic Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • Optional: Salsa or Sour Cream for dipping
  • Butter or Oil for pan

Instructions

  • Beef: Heat a large skillet on Level 7 (Medium-High). Brown the ground beef with the taco seasoning until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set beef aside. Wipe the skillet clean.
  • Assemble: Lay out the wraps. Spread a layer of mashed black beans on one half, add a scoop of seasoned beef, top generously with cheese, and fold over.
  • Crisp: Return the skillet to the stove on Level 6 (Medium) with a tiny bit of butter or oil spray.
  • Cook: Toast the quesadillas for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Slice into triangles.
