Stir in the garlic powder and heavy cream (or cream cheese) until smooth and orange. Simmer on Level 3 (Low) for 2-3 mins. Combine: Add drained pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly. If it's too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
