Leftover Salsa Chicken (from Sunday)

L'Oven Fresh Original Zero Net Carb Wraps

Organic Shredded Cheddar or Mexican Blend
Butter or Oil for the pan
Instructions
Assemble:
Lay out tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on one half, add a scoop of leftover chicken, and top with a bit more cheese. Fold over.
Cook:
Heat a large
skillet

(Medium). Add a tiny pat of butter or spray of oil.
Crisp:
Cook quesadillas for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice and serve!
