đź©° Welcome to The After-Practice Plate

Clean, Organic Dinner. On the Table within 30 minutes. Zero Decisions Required.

If you just clocked out of work, survived the practice/rehearsal rush, and are currently staring at the fridge with “manager-brain” fatigue… you are in the right place.

I’m Roxane. I’m a manager by day and a competitive dance mom by night. I know exactly what it’s like to have zero creativity left at the end of the day, but still want to feed your family clean, Non-GMO, organic meals.

🌿 The 4 Pillars of Our Kitchen

  • The 30-Minute Sprint: Walk in at 7:00, eat by 7:30.
  • Aldi-Optimized: Organic & Non-GMO doesn’t have to be expensive.
  • Quick Clean-Up: One-pan and sheet-pan meals are our best friends.
  • Zero Decision Fatigue: The plan is the boss; you just execute.

⚡ A Note on My Stove (The Induction Advantage)

You might notice my recipes include specific heat levels (like Level 7 or Level 10). That’s because I cook on a GE Induction Cooktop.

I love induction because it’s precise and incredibly fast (water boils while I’m still washing my hands!).

  • If you have Induction: You’ll love the precise settings.
  • If you have Gas or Electric: Don’t worry! I always include standard translations (like Medium-High) for every step.
